How do I return an item?

Return Policy: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse (2110 S. Closner Blvd. Edinburg TX 78539) with an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) for a full refund (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for domestic return shipping. So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, simply email us to pecosbillboots.returns@gmail.com We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
